Tyler Jones is Director of Engineering at Bigeye, where he leads the development of the company’s AI Trust platform. A foundational member of the team, Tyler joined Bigeye in its early days and has played a central role in shaping both the product and the engineering organization as the company scaled.

With a rare combination of deep technical expertise and product intuition, Tyler has contributed across nearly every layer of the platform from architecting core systems to refining user experience. His work has spanned building the company’s data catalog and search capabilities, rethinking lineage visualization, and establishing frameworks that enable rapid integration and expansion of the product. This hands-on experience gives him a complete understanding of Bigeye’s technology and a unique ability to guide internal teams with deep context.

As a leader, Tyler focuses on building high-performing, adaptable engineering teams that can move quickly while maintaining quality and cohesion. He is known for bridging frontend, backend, and design disciplines, and for aligning engineering efforts closely with customer needs and product strategy. His leadership is instrumental in evolving Bigeye’s platform into a scalable, cohesive system that empowers organizations to trust their AI agents.

Prior to Bigeye, Tyler held engineering roles at ServiceNow and LzLabs, where he helped scale UI teams and deliver foundational product experiences across multiple platforms.

Tyler holds a Master’s degree in Information Systems Management from Brigham Young University.
