Tony Peck is Bigeye’s Vice President of Customer Success, bringing over two decades of experience leading customer-facing organizations across a variety of industries including SaaS and data infrastructure. A seasoned operator with a track record of scaling post-sales functions at high-growth companies, Tony is passionate about helping enterprises unlock value from their data by building trust in the systems that power it.
Before joining Bigeye, Tony served as Vice President of Customer Success at Matillion, where he led global Customer Success, Professional Services and Customer Support teams which supported the company’s rapidly growing customer base and helped drive adoption of modern cloud data platforms across enterprise organizations.
Earlier in his career, Tony held senior leadership roles at Ping Identity, where he led Professional Services through a period of significant transformation, including a private equity acquisition and subsequent IPO. During this time, he built and scaled global services teams, driving operational maturity and helping enterprise customers successfully deploy and expand mission-critical identity solutions.
Tony has held leadership roles spanning Customer Success, Professional Services and Management Consulting, building high-performing, globally distributed teams. His experience reflects deep expertise in customer lifecycle management, enterprise engagement, and aligning customer outcomes with durable revenue growth.
At Bigeye, Tony leads the company’s global customer success strategy, focused on driving adoption, retention, and expansion while helping customers establish data reliability as a foundation for their analytics and AI initiatives.
