Patricia Miron is a growth and transformation executive with over 20 years of experience scaling global technology, SaaS, and fintech businesses. She has led complex, multi-product organizations across Microsoft, Visa, Intel, and PE-backed environments, with a track record of driving revenue growth, improving operating leverage, and aligning go-to-market, product, and customer experience functions.
Most recently, Patricia served as Chief Marketing Officer at DispatchTrack, where she was brought in to lead a company-wide transformation, repositioning the business from a point solution to a broader last-mile execution platform. She built the company’s first integrated go-to-market engine—aligning product, marketing, and sales development—and established the foundation for scalable pipeline growth and expansion within the installed base.
Previously, as Senior Vice President at Visa, Patricia led a global organization of 500+ and transformed Client Services into a revenue-generating business. She turned around a ~$50M services portfolio, delivering meaningful expansion revenue through pricing, service innovation, and operational discipline, while embedding customer and product metrics to improve NPS by 20%.
At Microsoft, Patricia served as COO of the $14B U.S. SMB & Corporate segment, where she owned P&L and helped drive growth while improving efficiency by aligning sales, marketing, and partner execution to customer consumption. As GM of LATAM Marketing & Operations, she managed a multi-country portfolio, scaling revenue from $2B to $3B and optimizing capital allocation across 36 markets.
Patricia began her career at Intel, where she built and scaled new enterprise programs and international business initiatives across the U.S., LATAM, and Japan.
She is known for bringing operational rigor, clarity, and cross-functional alignment to complex organizations, enabling durable, efficient growth. Patricia holds an MBA from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business and serves on its Business Board of Visitors, and is a mentor with Duke’s Venture Mentoring Team.
